I had a mostly great experience at the hotel, enjoying the superb views from my Clyde view room and the excellent quality of food at the Vista restaurant. However, I faced a couple of inconveniences, such as a late check-in and some issues with my door card not working, which slightly marred my stay and affected the overall service perception.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at this hotel. The room initially given to us was quite noisy and had cleanliness issues, though we were eventually moved to a slightly better room. The service was inconsistent and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed. The facilities, especially the spa, could definitely use some improvements. All in all, for the price we paid, I expected a much better experience.
